Nothing says “a summer in Philadelphia” like water ice–also known as “wooder ice.” Rita’s is the home of cream ice, italian ice and the infamous gelati–a cool combination of custard and italian ice. There are many Rita’s Water Ice locations throughout the city of Philadelphia, but we’ll recommend the one we frequent the most that’s a little up the street from the 15th & Spruce Indego station in Center City.
