Join us! This is a Community Group Ride with Ridge, Allegheny, and Hunting Park Civic Association. This will be a slow-paced bicycle group ride beginning and ending at the Indego Station.  The ride will be a 10-mile loop exploring Ridge, Allegheny, East Falls, and Kelly Drive. Registered participants will have the opportunity to ride Indego’s E-Bike. All participants must be over the age of 14 to ride in this event and 16 years of age or older to ride an E-bike. All minors must be accompanied by a guardian or parent. No exceptions.

Every ride is led by a trained staff member of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia and all participants are expected to follow the Rules of the Road.

-This ride will be beginner-friendly and at a leisurely pace

-Helmets will be provided for registered Indego riders

-Snacks, Water, and Swag items will be provided

-You must be 14 to ride an Indego Bike and 16 or older to ride an Indego E-Bike

-All registered participants must confidently demonstrate how to ride a bicycle for this group ride.

Please let ride leaders know about any medical conditions. 

Indego riders should plan to stay with the group for the entire ride.

*Height Restrictions: The bikes we use for the class are recommended for 5’2″ and up. Please let us know if you’d like to come out with your own bike.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Please note, there are several weather-related factors that may cause a class/ride to be rescheduled within 24-48 hours. These include: 

1. Excessive Heat: If there is a forecast for a heat wave or excessive heat during the event ride or class time 
2. Rain/Hail: If there is 50% or more chance of rain forecasted before the scheduled class or ride event time 
3. Air Quality: If the quality of air is RED (150 or higher, air particle index) during the event ride or class time
