The ride will be a slow-paced bicycle group ride beginning and ending at the Malcolm X Park Indego Station located at the northeast corner of 52nd St. and Larchwood Ave. in the West Philly section of Philadelphia. The ride will be a 2.5-mile loop exploring local black-owned organizations, and businesses, and celebrating Juneteenth in West Philly. We will be stopping for an informational session with the speaker from The Enterprise Center about the rich history of 52nd Street and ending back at the Indego Station. 

Every ride is led by a trained staff member of the Bicycle Coalition and all participants are expected to follow the Rules of the Road.

     -This ride will be beginner-friendly and at a leisurely pace

     -Helmets will be provided for Indego riders

     -You must be 16 years of age to ride an Indego E-Bike

     -We will be riding with motor vehicles 

     -Water, snacks, and swag will be provided

Please let ride leaders know about any medical conditions.

Indego riders should plan to stay with the group for the entire ride.

*Height Restrictions: The bikes we use for the class are recommended for 5’2″ and up. Please let us know if you’d like to come out with your bike.
