PHILADELPHIA, PA – Emancipet, the leading nonprofit provider of affordable and accessible veterinary healthcare in the US, with multiple clinic locations in Philadelphia, announced it will be bringing back the popular Pulling for Pets event. The Pulling for Pets Up Lemon Hill outdoor fundraiser will take place at Lemon Hill Park on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Pet lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will spend a summer day making their way up Lemon Hill by bike, wagon, stroller, running or walking with their family and/or pets. Located in Philadelphia’s historic Lemon Hill Park, featuring the iconic 7.5 grade Lemon Hill, people will enjoy a Philadelphia Parks & Rec “Parks On Tap” beer garden event, featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka “Puptail” the Barkarita and blender bike, all while cheering on participants as they pull up the steep hill. Prizes will be awarded for those participating in the pull up Lemon Hill including: best dog costume, best decorated bike and more!
